If you request a financial support from the Fluxum Foundation, you must send us a complete file including a letter of motivation, the presentation of your project, a detailed budget indicating the other supports requested, accepted or pending, by e-mail to the above-mentioned address in pdf (thank you for avoiding colored backgrounds) or by postal mail.
The Foundation Board reviews applications twice a year in February (for project occuring between july-december of the current year) and in September (for projects occuring between january-june of the coming year), thus deadlines for receiving applications are January 5th and August 25th, respectively.

Requests for residencies are accepted throughout the year. However we plan space allocation twice a year, in May for the period from September 1st to January 31st, and in October for the period from February 1st to June 31st. We do not have residences during the two summer months. We therefore invite you to bear in mind the deadlines of May 1st and October 1st for the submission of your requests. You will find attached a document explaining the form of our residences and the requested counterparts.
